Meta-analysis of 11 RCTs focused on adults ≥60 with Parkinson’s disease: exercise significantly improved gait speed (SMD≈-0.90) but showed no significant pooled effects on balance, QoL, or global symptoms; heterogeneity and small samples limit certainty.
