Abstract

NHANES 2017–2020 analysis: PA adherence associated with lower odds of depressive symptoms and sleep disorders overall, but active smokers—especially those not meeting PA—had elevated risks; age-stratified results highlight stronger depressive symptom risks in older adults and sleep risks in young smokers.
